Howard Tinker

Howard joins us with over 20 years’ experience of leading Product Management, Business Development and Innovation Teams across both public and private sectors including telecoms – driving digital adoption of secure communications across all 3 emergency services at O2 and delivering the UK’s first ultra narrow band IoT network ecosystem whilst at Arqiva.

Howard’s role as Knowledge Transfer Manager within the Stakeholder Engagement team will focus on Procurement of Innovation – driving our Contracts for Innovation Programme and assisting Public Sector Procurement Teams unlock Innovation opportunities.
