Whilst developing a new flow meter for wet gas measurement, GM Flow came across a problem of false/ghosted measurement results and needed help to resolve this. Working with Astute, they utilised the centres experience in advanced Computational Fluid Dynamics and made use of the RANS turbulence model to determine the cause of the ghosting, which informed GM Flow how to improve their flow meter and lead to them moving a sensor in the Meter design.
