About the event

This March, Innovate UK in partnership with Sensicon Ventures and Carbon Limiting Technologies (CLT) is hosting two linked events designed to accelerate investment and deployment in next‑generation low‑carbon concrete and sustainable building materials.

We’re creating clearer pathways for innovators and investors at different stages to connect, collaborate, and drive commercial adoption. This second event, Pitch, focuses on innovators developing emerging materials and construction technologies, offering investors strong visibility into the next wave of high-impact solutions. The aim is to showcase leading innovators in future building materials and demonstrate how demand for sustainable materials is creating high-growth potential businesses.

The event will take the format of sessions designed for engagement between scale investors and industry to accelerate commercial adoption of innovative sustainable building materials, along with a networking exhibition of up to 15 curated venture stands, selected by the organisers.

Pitch is the second of a two part event series

The first event, Procure: Driving market access and adoption of next generation concrete, is focused on Growth-stage companies with proven, deployable technologies for next generation low carbon concrete requiring market adoption, investment, or offtake commitments.

Together, both events provide a national platform to showcase commercially viable materials technologies, highlight the most promising innovation coming through the pipeline, and explore practical routes to adoption and supply chain integration.
