The problem and opportunity

Fast-evolving AI regulations, standards and AI vendor contracts increasingly embed terms requiring AI-powered organisations to document and evidence how AI systems are designed, developed and used. Today, the only solution relies on AI specialists and lawyers to manually audit evidence from fragmented sources and is not scalable to meet explosive growth in AI adoption. Current general-purpose AI tools are unfit for legally robust auditability at scale.

The solution and innovation

Operating at the intersection of computational law, semantic technologies and formal methods, we autonomously assemble and maintain a continuously updated, audit-grade, machine-readable record showing how AI systems are designed, built, deployed and used. This reduces the effort of manual audits by ~90%, slashing costs by ~85% and promoting evidence re-use rates (~500%), to transform AI governance from a burden into a competitive advantage.

Market and ambition

Customers: highly regulated, safety-critical industries (medtech, food and drink production, financial services, insurance, critical infrastructure)
Annual TAM/SOM: £1.2bn-£3bn/£90m-£250m.
Route to Market: (1) validate minimum viable product (MVP) through enterprise pilots; (2) full commercial release across Europe and the United States (3) extend into the Asia-Pacific region.

Founder perspective

The founding team is uniquely qualified with deep, hands-on experience at the intersection of law, AI and large-scale enterprise operations. Our track record spans development and deployment of complex AI systems in high-value verticals, legal representation of AI enterprises, and commercial scaling of AI ventures.
