Housebuilders and principal contractors typically run sales, build and aftercare across disconnected spreadsheets, emails and legacy systems, creating duplicated work, slow responses, and poor visibility for teams and homebuyers alike. Compliance demands are rising, from Building Safety Act obligations to differing energy standards across the UK and Ireland. Housebuilders need one purpose-built system that keeps them audit ready and reduces manual admin.
The solution and innovation
Ubrix is a SaaS platform that connects the full new-build housing journey, from sales through build to aftercare, on one system of record. Three live features triage snags and defects, route jobs to the right contractor, and let residents resolve common issues themselves, cutting manual admin for build and customer care teams. It also handles regional compliance routing across England, Scotland and Ireland, scaling from single site SMEs to 4,000 + unit developments.
Market and ambition
We serve private housebuilders and principal contractors, our two primary customer types, with growing interest from housing associations and local authorities. We are in active commercial conversations across the sector and are raising a seed round to accelerate sales and product development. We want to become the platform of choice across the UK and Ireland.
Founder perspective
Kate Murray is Founder and CEO of Ubrix, with a background in commercial strategy, marketing and operations. She leads sales, product direction, partnerships and fundraising, working with her technical co-founder to build Ubrix into an enterprise-ready SaaS platform. Kate is driven by fixing fragmented, paper-heavy processes that cost housebuilders margin.
