The problem and opportunity
We risk becoming the most photographed generation in history while preserving the fewest stories. Our phones are full of images, but the memories behind them are often never recorded. As loved ones pass away and families spread across continents, generations of personal history, lived experience and family connection disappear with them.
The solution and innovation
SeeMe is an AI-enabled, secure-by-design, personal archive platform that transforms digital photo collections into living memory archives. Multi-user participation preserves the stories behind photographs, enabling families and communities to capture memories, identity and lived experiences across generations and continents. SeeMe helps users to ‘curate the best, and delete the rest’ as they capture their unique Story of a Lifetime.
Market and ambition
SeeMe is building a new category at the intersection of AI, digital legacy and the cloud photo ecosystem. We go to market through museums, heritage, tourism, care and community partners, creating a scalable route to families and global diaspora communities through recurring subscriptions.
Founder perspective
Mary Blake founded SeeMe after a career leading innovation across tourism, heritage and cultural organisations, including with National Museums Northern Ireland. Seeing how stories give meaning to images of places and people inspired her to create technology that preserves memories, identity and human connection for future generations.
