Prospering from the Energy Revolution Showcase 2021
Plans are in place to hold a virtual Prospering from the Energy Revolution showcase during the week commencing 19 July, the UK's Net Zero week.
This will be a four-day exploration of the Prospering from the Energy Revolution (PFER) programme and Smart Local Energy Systems (SLES) with speakers from business, academia, national and local government and the investment community.
Delegates will be able to enjoy an agenda that will focus on the ambition, learnings and insights to date of different PFER programme elements. Speakers will look at the value of taking a local approach with days devoted to the value of SLES, the way forward for local authorities, SLES and what works for local communities and consumers.
The final day will be a showcase of PFER projects and learnings from them. The challenge between local and national integration cannot be solved by PFER alone so the day will focus on ‘what now?’.
