Energy innovation for sustainable processing and manufacturing in African AgriFood: call for energy challenges and technology solutions
We want to connect AgriFood companies looking to increase manufacturing, processing and post harvest loss efficiencies, with technology providers who have solutions or ideas that can fast track innovation and impact in the sector.
We are holding an event on sustainable processing and manufacturing for African AgriFood on 20th January 2022. We’re looking for businesses with energy challenges and businesses with solutions to feature during our event.

Why apply to be featured?
As a technology provider featuring in the event means all the attendees will know about your solution to energy challenges in AgriFood and will be able to watch your video. This is a great way to help fast track your innovation to market or get a solution to one of the challenges you face. You’ll also get the opportunity to have a virtual exhibitor booth where people who are interested in what you’re doing can visit you.
As an AgriFood company it’s a great opportunity to identify new solutions. By explaining your challenges and interacting with innovators directly you fast track finding or developing the solution you are looking for.
Our events usually have more than 100 attendees. Many of the attendees will be organisations you could collaborate with.
We are still in the process of finalising the agenda for the event in January. It will include presentations, exhibitor showcase booths and networking.
This event is part of Agrifood Africa Connect. Agrifood Africa Connect is part of GCRF AgriFood Africa. GCRF AgriFood Africa is funded by the Global Challenges Research Fund (GCRF) and delivered by Innovate UK.
