We’ll explore the latest developments at the University of Gloucestershire’s new City Campus and what this means, not only for the next generation of nursing and education professionals but also for the wider and local economy.

  • 15:30 – ‘Knowledge Transfer Network’s Innovation Canvas’ with Dr Lorna Howarth, Regional Knowledge Transfer Advisor at Knowledge Transfer Network (KTN). An Introduction to a tool that will enable you to identify the strengths and weaknesses of your innovation.
  • 15:45 – ‘Innovation Accelerator Gloucestershire’ with Rod Horrocks, Founder of Rod Horrocks and currently Projects & Operation Director at Land Ocean Farm and Gfirst LEP
  • 15:55 – A panel discussion featuring the above speakers and audience questions

Committed to making a significant contribution to meeting local and national skills needs, the University has bought the Debenhams building in Gloucester, with ambitious plans to create a new city campus dedicated to training the next generation of Nursing and Education professionals.
