Industrial Energy Transformation Fund Phase 2 competition opening Autumn 2022
The IETF supports businesses with high energy use to transition to a low carbon future, and to cut their energy bills and carbon emissions through increased energy efficiency and decarbonisation relating to the industrial process itself. It is a crucial part of the Government’s strategy for tackling climate change and reaching Net Zero by 2050.
About this event
The one hour webinar describes the new aspects of the IETF guidance relating to non-road mobile machinery (NRMM) (such as forklifts, crushers, off-highway trucks, cranes, or excavators) and how the fund can offer support to improve the energy efficiency and decarbonisation of NRMM used as an integral part of the industrial process onsite.
The webinar is aimed at a number of organisations and professionals including:
- Manufacturing companies
- Mining and quarrying companies
- Recovery and recycling of materials companies
- Data centres
- Energy efficiency and decarbonisation technology providers
The recording also gives an overview of the new Red Diesel Replacement R&D funding available through BEIS’s Net Zero Innovation Portfolio.
