Manufacturing Food Futures
The EPSRC Centre for Innovative Manufacturing in Food is organising the Manufacturing Food Futures Conference on 26-27 March 2018.
The EPSRC Centre for Innovative Manufacturing in Food aims to tackle the research relating to two specific Grand Challenges: innovative materials, products and processes; and a sustainable food supply chain.
It is a partnership between the University of Nottingham, Loughborough University and the University of Birmingham, working in collaboration with a growing list of major industry partners.

They invite you to join them at their annual conference, taking place on 26th-27th March at the University of Nottingham. This free 2 -day event will bring together industry and academic experts to discuss challenges and showcase the latest innovations in the sector and will provide a great opportunity to find out more about all the ongoing activities at the Centre. Register now and stay up-to-date with the latest food manufacturing research including upgrading materials and valorisation techniques, novel processing technologies and developments in distributed manufacture, and new approaches to sustainability and waste reduction.
