The Compound Semiconductor Applications Catapult works to help UK companies, particularly SME’s, grow by exploiting advancements in compound semiconductor technologies.  These advancements can translate into opportunities within areas such as power electronics, RF/microwave and photonics, and can accelerate the commercialisation of compound semiconductors in key application areas such as healthcare, the digital economy, energy, transport, defence and security, and space.
