Win an Auxiliary Power Unit (APU) and jet fuel testing support
New competition to support the Sustainable Aviation Fuel supply chain
The Sustainable Aviation Fuel for Clean Growth (SAFCG) competition aims to help fuel producers engage with OEMs and reduce market entry risk for new sustainable aviation fuels.
UK companies and research organisations are being offered a unique opportunity to acquire an Auxiliary Power Unit (APU) as part of a new competition launching in July.
The competition is also offering the chance for UK fuel producers to receive free expert consultancy and testing from the University of Sheffield, JETSCREEN and fuel expert Chris Lewis, plus members of Sustainable Aviation including Airbus, Boeing and Rolls Royce.
The competition is being launched at a briefing and networking event (free to attend) in Birmingham on Thursday 12th July. You can book your place here.
The event will bring together businesses from across the supply chain to broker new connections and provide you with the context as to why the aviation industry needs SAF. Full details of the competition will be announced, plus gain access to the new UK SAF Landscape Map and ‘Cleared for Offtake’ – a new resource to support fuel producers.
This event is being delivered by KTN’s Sustainable Aviation Fuel Special Interest Group (SAF SIG) in collaboration with Sustainable Aviation.
