Orcha assess digital health apps to help user acceptance and confidence in use. Their previous work had identified that usability and accessibility assumptions often didn’t express or represent the true user experience when using Digital health Apps. Through Innovate UK Analysis for Innovators they worked with the Science and Technology Facilities Council (STFC) to build new statistical models to reflect the true user experience.
