PwC is seeking innovative solutions across four key domains:
- Risk and Compliance – Leveraging explainable AI to automate anomaly detection, predict fraud, and streamline regulatory reporting with transparency and confidence.
- Customer Experience – Delivering hyper-personalised, real-time customer journeys using advanced machine learning and rich customer intelligence.

Enhancing Client Relationships through Data-Driven Insights.
Gravita, a tech-enabled Top 35 accountancy practice, is committed to transforming the profession by leveraging AI and emerging technologies. As the firm evolves towards more proactive and informed advisory services, Gravita is seeking innovative solutions that enhance the people and relationship side of accounting.
They are particularly interested in technologies that use financial and non-financial data to deliver proactive insights and suggestions — helping strengthen client relationships, improve communication, and create a more personalised, engaging client experience. Solutions should integrate seamlessly across multiple locations and support Gravita’s teams in delivering exceptional advisory services.

Driving Seamless Data Integration and Actionable Insights.
Richardsons Group is seeking innovative solutions to address critical data integration challenges. The firm currently relies on legacy compliance software, acting as a basic CRM system, alongside multiple disconnected platforms including emails, network folders, SharePoint, spreadsheets, Xero (for internal finance), and external sources like Companies House and HMRC.
None of these systems communicate efficiently, resulting in fragmented data and operational inefficiencies. While off-the-shelf alternatives have been explored, limitations around flexibility and scalability have prompted an investigation into more customised solutions.
Richardsons is particularly interested in technologies that can unify data across platforms — potentially using tools like Power BI — to enable seamless integration, visualisation, and actionable insights. They are looking for robust, scalable, intuitive, and cost-effective solutions that can simplify workflows and support smarter, data-driven decision-making.

Integrating Sustainability into Accounting Practices
Ridgefield Consulting is focused on integrating sustainability into accounting practices. They are seeking innovative technologies that can track and report on environmental, social, and governance (ESG) metrics, enabling clients to embed sustainability into their business strategies.
Solutions should support clear, accessible ESG reporting and provide actionable insights that help businesses meet regulatory standards and drive positive impact.

Vision for success through integrity, timeliness, and innovation.
James Cowper Kreston are seeking an AI solution that will assist us to anticipate and meet client needs and requirements based on information held about clients on a range of different IT platforms. The firm already uses robust systems and software but wish to integrate their data to improve operational efficiency and deliver proactive support to our clients.
The solution must consider visibility and collaboration and support the firm’s continued growth while sustaining data security and regulatory compliance.

As part of its ongoing commitment to helping business owners make better-informed decisions, Ad Valorem is seeking a truly smart budgeting and cashflow forecasting solution.
They’re looking to move beyond clunky spreadsheets and overly complex tools, towards a more intuitive, intelligent approach. The goal is to make forecasting accessible and meaningful—helping SME owners clearly see where they stand, where they’re going, and how to get there.
Ad Valorem is particularly interested in solutions that blend automation with insight, reduce manual effort, and support collaborative planning between advisors and clients. Transparency is essential – users should be able to understand the assumptions behind the numbers and trust what they see. It’s about enabling better conversations, clearer decisions, and more confident financial management for growing businesses.
