Exploring the business case for online trust and safety - CANCELLED
The trust and safety sector is growing. With more of our lives lived in digital spaces, online trust and safety is becoming a key issue for businesses, individuals, and society overall. This increasingly goes beyond just mitigating harms and reacting to emerging regulation – it is changing how businesses present online, engage staff, and support their users.
In a recent report compiled for DCMS (‘Trust, Safety and the Digital Economy’), the leading research company Ipsos provide a compelling account of the potential of this fast-growing sector, and the role it plays in helping businesses realise the benefits of safe, trustworthy, and positive digital environments.
