Innovate UK Quantum Networks Accelerator Cultivation Workshop
A community workshop to highlight and shape future plans for industry-led quantum networks funding competitions, to catalyse industry engagement and foster collaborations.
The 2023 UK Quantum Strategy laid out a set of priority actions for quantum technologies in the UK. A Quantum Networks Accelerator programme of up to £20M is amongst the first of these priorities. To deliver on this, Innovate UK are planning funding competitions to launch in summer 2023. This cultivation workshop is being held to:
- Give a first look towards forthcoming funding competitions, their objectives and timescales
- Workshop on quantum networks to engage the ecosystem to outline priorities, opportunities and challenges and to shape the upcoming programme
- Support networking between industry and academia.
Who is it for: Industry, researchers and organisations active or interested in the development of quantum networks and their commercial potential.
