About the event
Part of the Transport Decarbonisation Demonstrators Programme, funded by the Department for Transport (DfT) and delivered by Innovate UK, this event will bring together the seven successful projects from the programme, offering a unique opportunity to hear updates on their progress and network with fellow stakeholders.
The projects being presented are:
- Development of an EV-enabled route planning tool for domestic waste collection with supporting local authority eRCV trials.
- Paua PINS (Private Infrastructure Network Solution).
- Levelling up Coventry’s EV adoption journey.
- HomeRun: School Travel Analytics Platform (STAP).
- Cornwall e-mobility hubs: a blueprint for rural micromobility.
- IONA drone delivery initiative.
- Transforming rural bus shelters into modular mobility hubs.

Event Overview
- Project Updates: Each of the seven projects will provide an overview of their progress and key milestones.
- Networking: Facilitated networking sessions in the afternoon will allow project teams to connect with Government stakeholders, Local Authorities, National Parks, and consortium partners to explore potential collaborations.
