Overview

Innovate UK, in collaboration with the Engineering and Physical Sciences Research Council (EPSRC) and UK National Quantum Technologies Programme (UKNQTP) are excited to announce this year’s UK National Quantum Technologies Showcase.

Explore the expanding landscape of quantum technology commercialisation and industrial advancement in the UK, where approximately half of all quantum businesses in Europe call home.

Who should attend?

The showcase is open to anyone with a vested interest in the UK quantum technology sector, including industry professionals, businesses, academics, government representatives and investors. We also welcome professionals across other sectors that wish to learn about how quantum technologies can help revolutionise their area; sectors of particular relevance are: AI, Semiconductors, Finance, Telecoms, Space and Defence.

Why attend?

There are huge breakthroughs happening across automotive, healthcare, infrastructure, telecommunications, cyber security and defence. The Showcase is the perfect opportunity for delegates and exhibitors to network and explore collaborations at one of the largest quantum events in the UK and discover the growing commercialisation and industrialisation of quantum technologies.

Celebrating a Decade of Innovation

2024 marks the first decade of the UK National Quantum Technologies Programme (NQTP), a unique partnership between academia, industry, and government.

The £1 billion programme of investment has built leading capabilities in quantum computing, sensors, imaging, communication and quantum position, navigation and timing. It has unlocked new capabilities that are making a real difference to our everyday lives, helping to bring new technologies to market and paving the way for the next generation of a highly skilled quantum workforce.

Backed by the Government’s £2.5 billion National Quantum Strategy, the next phase of the NQTP will build on a decade of experience to deliver a quantum-enabled economy which will boost business growth and investment into the sector, accelerate quantum skills development and elevate research leadership by 2033.

Last year’s event saw over 1,800 registrants and 80 exhibitors, featuring exciting sessions throughout the day. This year, the event is shaping up to be even bigger, with 96 exhibitors confirmed so far. So don’t miss out, and register to attend in-person today!
