A new Zero Emission Flight Delivery Group has been launched to focus on catapulting the latest innovations in aviation decarbonisation technology.

With innovation and entrepreneurship identified as key drivers of economic growth in South Africa’s Gauteng province, Global Alliance Africa inaugurated its first Innovation Advisory Group for the region in early April 2022.

This series of events is designed for businesses in the Greater Bristol, Bath, Wiltshire, or Gloucestershire area who are looking to grow. Come to learn about what exciting schemes/programs are out there, and meet with innovation experts to help you make powerful connections, access UK Government funding, and work with UK knowledge bases.

A consortium of Local Authorities, led by Luton Borough Council, is working with the Innovation Exchange programme to find technologies capable of extending the life of their current diesel powered fleet through implementing retrofittable low/zero carbon solutions.

A workshop was held at AMRC North West on 30th March, where attendees from 20 organisations involved in Medicines Manufacturing explored robotics and automated systems in the development space: the workshop report and recommendations are now available.
