In an effort to remedy a challenge faced by thousands of Kenyan farmers, the Innovation Exchange (iX) challenge competition, Global Alliance Africa delivered by Innovate UK KTN supported Flamingo Horticulture International, which grows chillies within several regions in Kenya, to identify innovative approaches in pest control for the detection and screening of false codling moth.

The Department for Business, Energy and Industrial Strategy (BEIS), in collaboration with Innovate UK KTN, will be hosting an online competition briefing webinar on 11 October 2022 to share details of the final competition window from the £220m Industrial Energy Transformation Fund (IETF) Phase 2.
