Manufacture 2030 helps businesses reduce emissions in their supply chains by measuring, managing, and reducing climate impacts with supplier-specific climate action plans.

Around 60,000 migrant workers used to come to the UK each year for seasonal agricultural work like fruit picking. But in 2020, Brexit and COVID-19 meant that traditional migrant workers struggled to enter the UK. The sector suffered from severe staff shortage.

Innovate UK have allocated £5M from the core KTP budget this year to support up to 20 AAKTP (African agriculture knowledge transfer partnerships) projects and the initial competition, Round 1A, opens on 6 February 2023 and closes on 22 March 2023.
