The Mobility & Porosity webinar, hosted by Innovate UK, brought together policymakers, educators, employers, and researchers to explore how enabling talent to move between sectors can support a more responsive, inclusive, and innovative economy.

As part of the Talent & Skills Connect series, the session highlighted how mobility, both within and across sectors, can improve access to opportunities, reduce skills gaps, and strengthen the UK’s talent pipeline.
