Calling FoodTech SMEs and Academics - Showcase your innovate project or research to the Food and Drink sector
Are you a UK based FoodTech SME or Academic working on diet, health or nutrition innovation? If so, you could get your project or research in front of more than 80 people during our Food Industry Innovation 2021 event.
Food Industry Innovation is one of our flagship events and brings together the Food and Drink sector to discuss innovation. Attendees are reviewed by KTN so all parts of the sector are represented at the event.
Get feedback from the Food and Drink community
We’re looking for 20 SMEs and academics to pitch their innovative project or research during the event. Attendees will then discuss gaps in knowledge and barriers to innovation. This is a great opportunity to get feedback from the Food and Drink community.
We’re looking for innovative technologies and research ideas in the area of diet, health and nutrition, and especially around healthy ageing, immunity and personalised nutrition.
Two pitch winners will get their innovative project featured to 10,000 people interested in AgriFood.
Attendees will vote for the best SME pitch and the best Academic pitch. Each winner will get a spotlight feature on the KTN website, which will be promoted in the AgriFood newsletter (10,000 subscribers) and on our AgriFood social media. It’s a great opportunity to raise the visibility of your project or research!
How to apply?
If you would like to get involved, you’ll need to submit a two-minute pitch.
Pitches will be evaluated by KTN and Innovate UK and will be scored against novelty, innovation, scalability, impact and industry or research need.
