Exploring the challenges and opportunities of compound semiconductor nuclear detector materials and systems

KTN will be hosting an a one-day workshop on 2nd May 2017 that will explore the state of the art in compound semiconductor nuclear detectors.

The workshop will explore the challenges and opportunities of compound semiconductor nuclear detectors material and systems and will consist of short talks and keynotes from a number of experienced practitioners as well as workshop sessions around challenges associated with compound semiconductor nuclear detectors and a chance to explore possible solutions and opportunities.

This event is particularly timely not only for the new investments in the nuclear generation but also in nuclear decommissioning.
