First GCRF AgriFood Africa Newsletter is launched
The April 2020 edition brings you news and events following the launch of the GCRF AgriFood Africa Programme.
GCRF AgriFood Africa is a new initiative to realise sustainable management of the food production systems in Africa, aiming to help alleviate poverty, enhance prosperity and improve wellbeing.
Supported by KTN, the programme is funded through the Global Challenges Research Fund (GCRF) with a fund of £1.5 billion to support cutting-edge research which addresses the problems faced by developing countries.
The newly launched newsletter will be of interest to UK companies that can provide innovation to improve the agri-food ecosystem in Africa, as well as those looking to collaborate within these countries.
