Photon 2018 Tickets on Sale
Tickets for Photon 2018 are on sale with a discount for online bookings.
The Institute of Physics (IoP) event will take place from 3-6 September in Birmingham.  Now in its ninth year, this major optics and photonics conference will feature four days of expert lectures allowing delegates to get up-to-date with cutting-edge research.
The Industry Technology Programme (ITP) element of the conference runs over two days; 4 September is dedicated to photonics for the food and agri-tech industries, and 5 September features talks on recent advances and future directions in optical communications and enabling photonics technologies.  Delegates can purchase tickets for these two days only.
Matthew Wasley, Photonics Knowledge Transfer Manager at KTN, who worked with IoP on developing the ITP for 5 September, said: “The Industry Technology Programme (ITP) is packed full of interesting speakers featuring academics and industry specialists talking on subjects as diverse as photonic technologies for meat quality control to seeding a compound semi-conductor cluster in Wales.”
