Transport-Technology Innovation Showcase event, 31 January, London

A limited number of places have been released for the Transport-Technology Innovation Showcase event.

The event will showcase the best of the early-stage innovations that Department for Transport funds through its Transport-Technology Research and Innovation Grant (T-TRIG) and Innovation Challenge Fund (ICF) schemes.  It will also see the launch of the Government Office for Science’s Foresight report into the Future of Mobility.

The day will begin with the Minister of State for Transport, Jesse Norman, and the Government Chief Scientific Adviser, Patrick Vallance launching the Future of Mobility Foresight Report.  This will be followed by a programme of talks on challenges of and opportunities in transport innovation, including short presentations from selection of successful grant recipients to an audience of innovators, representatives of major transport organisations, investors and transport policy makers.
