About the “High-Performance Computing Voucher”
With this opportunity, you can access the exceptional HPC capabilities provided by the Hartree Centre.
We’re offering £5,000 vouchers to companies to access Hartree Centre’s powerful high-performance computing platform: Scafell Pike – the largest UK supercomputer dedicated to industry engagement.
This Atos BullSequana system offers approximately 25,000 cores, delivering robust computational capabilities for demanding workloads. Key resources include:
- 730 Skylake standard compute nodes
- 10 Visualization nodes, each equipped with 1 Tesla K40m GPU
- 12 Skylake GPU nodes, each featuring 2 V100 GPUs
- 8 High-memory Skylake nodes, each with 1TB of RAM for memory-intensive tasks
To ensure participants are fully prepared to maximise these resources, mandatory training is provided, allowing users to earn an HPC driving licence.
