As part of the Digital Economy & Creative Industries team, I help innovators navigate funding, investment and business support. My firsthand experience spans startup founding roles, accelerator work guiding tech ventures from MVP to Series A, and advising industry leaders on complex innovation challenges. A passionate community builder, I connect diverse voices through knowledge exchange and collaboration.

I co-run the Innovate UK Immersive Tech Network and have spearheaded initiatives including the Innovate UK Immersive Tech Awards, Working Groups on Accessibility, ED&I, Environmental Sustainability and Ethics, and the Regional Hubs Programme rollout.

Over two decades in the US, Asia and Europe, I have designed, launched and built businesses, brands and products across tech, social impact, fashion and travel. A foundation in design taught me to see systems, not silos, in strategy and delivery. I am now exploring how curious minds can build relationships with AI that place human judgement at their heart while amplifying clarity and creativity.
