Richard Cooper

I am a senior project manager and the Quality Lead within the Strategic Portfolio Office at Innovate UK Business Connect.

In my current role, I work on digital manufacturing through the Made Smarter Innovation Network project, as well as the sustainable use of plastics via the UK Circular Plastics Network (UKCPN). These projects draw on my materials and manufacturing experience in applied industrial research, and working towards continuous improvement.

My qualifications include a BSc and PhD in Physics from Sheffield University and an MBA from the University of Warwick.
