About the network
Delivered by Innovate UK Global Alliance Africa, this UK-Africa Space Technology for Sustainability Global Innovation Network is a platform that enables interaction and collaboration between the UK, South Africa, Rwanda and Kenya, to enable companies to harness cross-sectoral and international opportunities within the space technology industry.
This community is focused on enabling innovation across the whole value chain; from fostering upstream, midstream, and downstream capabilities in each territory, based on their respective strategies and socio-economic needs. We have brought together those with great knowledge and world-class expertise to unlock the full potential of what space technology can achieve on earth, and beyond. These experts span across all roles and industries, from parliamentary members to governmental agencies, NGOs, entrepreneurs, technology hubs, and consultants. This Global Innovation Network also wants to focus on the inclusion of young adults who are passionate about the space industry wherever possible.
