The problem and opportunity
Workplace learning is often inaccessible, difficult to personalise and fails to engage diverse learners. Organisations waste time and money on training that delivers poor outcomes, while employees miss opportunities to develop. Existing platforms focus on content delivery rather than individual learning needs, leaving a growing demand for accessible, AI-enabled learning that improves performance and inclusion.
The solution and innovation
Neve Learning combines accessibility-first design with AI-powered content creation and personalised learning to help organisations deliver training that adapts to every learner. Our proprietary AI Personalisation Engine continuously learns from learner behaviour to improve outcomes over time. Trusted by organisations including the Scottish Government, Neve is proving that inclusive learning delivers better results.
Market and ambition
Neve Learning serves employers, training providers and the public sector. Following early traction with the Scottish Government, we’re scaling our AI-powered platform across the UK, helping organisations deliver more inclusive learning while building the future of personalised workplace training.
Founder perspective
Neve Learning was born from a Scottish Government CivTech challenge asking how digital could invent the future of immersive learning. As an award-winning entrepreneur, neurodivergent founder and business owner of 14 years, Angela is building technology that adapts to people, not the other way around.
