The problem and opportunity
Workplace conflict costs UK employers £32.5bn a year. Why? We’re bad at resolving conflict. Minor disputes leave employees frustrated, reduce productivity, and increasingly drive them to LLMs that validate frustration rather than advise constructively. Current options are fragmented, expensive, and often unsuccessful. No existing product offers a reliable preventative solution. So conflicts escalate, costs compound, and everyone pays the price.
The solution and innovation
We’re obsessed with making effective conflict resolution support easy for employees to access. We’ve built an HR-tech platform that transforms how employees will navigate conflict. We prioritise confidentiality and employee data privacy, yet can anonymise and convert employee data into reports that identify high-ROI interventions and demonstrate the human, economic, and cultural value of building happy, healthy, and safe workplaces for all employees.
Market and ambition
Our market is the 30 million UK employees and their employers, a £4.6bn opportunity rising to £13.7bn with enterprise. We use a seat-based subscription model for revenue generation, and will be running our first pilots this autumn, with two employers signed up. We are targeting £2m in recurring revenue by 2028.
Founder perspective
As a lawyer and workplace conflict specialist, Bethia sees the damage conflict causes, not just to an organisation’s bottom line and culture but to employees’ health and wellbeing. Everyone deserves better solutions, and she’s determined to build them.
