The problem and opportunity
Custom chocolate moulds cost thousands and take 4-8 weeks, so manufacturers default to generic designs. Millions of the UK’s minority consumers are underserved during major celebrations, and smaller confectionery businesses are priced out of bespoke products. Existing options force a choice between rigid metal tooling for mass production or fragile silicone for tiny artisan batches, leaving mid-volume customisation commercially unviable.
The solution and innovation
Our AI-to-manufacturing workflow converts 2D artwork into production-ready 3D mould files, then produces food-grade moulds in under 24 hours with a 95% cost reduction. Browniegod’s 80,000+ UK customers and proven demand for cultural occasion ranges validate the market.
Market and ambition
We serve UK chocolatiers, bakeries and gifting companies through our Cocoaform business-to-business (B2B) mould service, alongside our own Browniegod and Arra London consumer ranges. Building on proven consumer demand, we aim to scale our cultural occasion ranges and create four skilled UK manufacturing jobs within two years.
Founder perspective
Kanita Ramaxhiku built Browniegod from an artisan bakery into a custom brownie brand with 80,000 customers across the UK, after seeing how those celebrating Eid, Diwali and Lunar New Year were overlooked by mainstream confectionery. She is now transforming it into an agile FoodTech manufacturer.
