Does the project involve at least 3 independent participants from 3 different eligible countries?
Is at least one partner based in a Horizon Europe Member State?
Are the participants a mix of different types of organisations (e.g., universities, businesses, public bodies)?
Does the project align with Horizon Europe’s strategic goals (e.g., Green Deal, digital transformation, health, climate change)?
Does the project demonstrate a significant impact (scientific, societal, or economic)?
Does the project fit the topic description in the specific call for proposals?
Does the project address the research and innovation goals outlined in the topic?
Does the project comply with EU ethical standards (e.g., data protection, human rights, animal welfare)?
Are the proposed costs eligible under Horizon Europe’s rules (direct and indirect costs)?
Do the participants demonstrate financial stability to manage the project?
Do the participants have the scientific and technical expertise to carry out the project?
Is there a clear and effective project management structure in place?
Does the project align with EU sustainability goals and environmentally sustainable practices?
