I am a Diversity & Inclusion professional with over 10 years of experience across the public and non-profit sectors. I have extensive experience of working with communities and listening to people’s stories, to inform inclusive programmes, projects and cultures.

Through collaboration and strategy, I thrive when aligning D&I with an organisation’s vision and mission. I strive to forge strong partnerships to embed accessibility and inclusion in everything I do.

I’m passionate about nurturing environments where every individual can thrive, innovate, and contribute their unique perspectives. In my role I manage Innovate UK’s Reasonable Adjustments service, supporting disabled and neurodivergent grant applicants to overcome barriers in the application process. I also work on Innovate UK’s No Limits platform to ensure that we remove barriers to innovation based on where you work and live. Innovation happens everywhere and should not be limited by background, identity or postcode.
