Event overview
This event covers research and innovation funding opportunities for marine and freshwater under Horizon Europe Cluster 6 (Food, Bioeconomy, Natural Resources, Agriculture and Environment) and the Mission to Restore Our Ocean and Waters by 2030. Funding opportunities for 2026 close in September 2026 with 2027 topics opening early in 2027.
EU Missions are ambitious, impact-driven initiatives designed to deliver tangible results by 2030 on some of Europe’s most pressing challenges. The EU Mission: Restore our Ocean and Waters focuses on restoring the health of our ocean, seas and inland waters through research and innovation, public engagement and targeted blue investment.
