Hear from project 2Zero who aim to demonstrate the first 19-seat hybrid electric aircraft. The project uses a holistic systems approach to simulate and physically demonstrate the viability of electric aircraft in regional air transport operations in a scalable ecosystem using modelling and simulation tools to optimise flights.

Hear from the team responsible for creating a novel fully optimised model to integrate and optimise freight and logistics operations. Building on the Alan Turing Institute’s BlueBird family of aviation simulation tools to include delivery UAV’s, the project will integrate multi-modal ground-based freight networks to provide optimal routing schedules across the full spectrum of future electric and sustainable delivery modes.

To help businesses consider how to make their vehicle or technology more accessible to their prospective customers, KTN and UKRI have commissioned CCD Design and Ergonomics to deliver an online workshop focusing on human-centred design.
