KTN and Innovate UK are once again returning to Smart Factory Expo 2020 part of Digital Manufacturing Week 2020 but in a different format this year.

Planned to open in October 2020, the Future Plastic Packaging Solutions competition will see Innovate UK, part of UK Research and Innovation, invest up to £2 million in early-stage projects.

As part of the Industrial Strategy, the Government will invest in the “Prospering from the Energy Revolution” Industrial Strategy Challenge Fund (ISCF) to make the UK a global centre for integrated energy systems that deliver cleaner and cheaper energy.

Innovate UK is offering 10 Women in Innovation Awards to female entrepreneurs across the UK. The winners will receive a £50,000 grant and a bespoke package of mentoring, coaching and business support.
