Discover 14 cutting-edge industrial concepts as part of the Made Smarter Technology Accelerator
Designed for industry, made real by innovators. The Made Smarter Technology Accelerator programme has selected 14 inspiring start-ups from across the UK's tech sector to develop digital solutions for some of the UK’s leading manufacturing companies: Sainsbury’s, GAF, Safran Landing Systems, O'Neills, Northumbrian Water Group, BAE Systems and Babcock International Group.
The Digital Catapult, the people behind The Made Smarter Technology Accelerator, are organising an event on 23rd June 2021 to present how, through each individual challenge the programme, we can help spur the fourth industrial revolution.
Adopting advanced digital technologies within manufacturing is key to strengthening the economy and aiding recovery, improving productivity and accelerating sectors towards industrial net zero. The technology prototype solutions will unlock the capabilities of a variety of emerging technologies across artificial intelligence, distributed systems, immersive technologies and future networks to address some of the most prevalent manufacturing industry challenges.
With support from technology sponsors Verizon and Software AG, and funding from UKRI through the Industrial Strategy Challenge Fund, the programme aims to advance the innovation and understanding of digital technology for the UK’s manufacturing sector. At the event, they’ll be addressing key manufacturing industry challenges from product conformance to adaptive scheduling and performance monitoring to scalable artificial intelligence for visual inspection.
Register now for this exciting event and experience the prototype solutions for yourself.
