Emma Fadlon

As a member of the Investment team, I support Innovate UK Business Connect’s early stage investment activities, including investment readiness and pitch training programmes. I help companies to evaluate their business, commercial and to-market plans and link them into the relevant support, funding and investment networks.

With a PhD in tumour immunology, my background encompasses a range of health applications, including vaccines, medical devices, and mental health programmes. Prior to joining Innovate UK Business Connect, I was Head of Business Development at The Pirbright Institute.

I am also a Director of the Cyber Security Academic Startup Accelerator Programme Now in its sixth year, CyberASAP provides academic teams with vital tools and skills to help them take their cyber security ideas from the lab to the market.
