This video aims to provide you with insight and tools on how to:
- Scope out the project that you are looking to get funded
- Present your value proposition
- Describe your project in context of your ambitions to grow and scale your business
- Explain how you will benefit from the non-financial support that is available
Women In Innovation 2022 - Work Packages: How to Package My Project
This video aims to provide you with insight and tools on how to address Question 11 & 12 of the application. We will discuss:
- How to break down the activities you propose to undertake in the 12m into costed “Work Packages”
- How to prepare a Gantt Chart, what activities to include and how to use this as an ongoing planning and reporting tool
- What to consider if you are sub-contracting, how to manage collaborators and suppliers.
Women In Innovation 2022 - Guidance: What could possibly go wrong?
This video aims to provide you with insight and tools on how to address Question 11 Appendix “Risk Register” of the application. We will discuss:
- How to prepare a Risk Register, what risks to include and how to use this as an ongoing project management and reporting tool
- What to consider if you are dependent on external parties.
