According to the report, the main factors currently affecting the carbon fibre market are:
- Continued expansion in the market, especially in sectors such as automotive.
- A drive towards a more cost-effective, high quality fibre that is manufacturable in large volumes.
- Sustainable carbon fibre sources, including renewable precursors and routes for recycling carbon fibres from composites.
