Colin Tattam

As Executive Director – Net Zero & Sustainable Industries at Innovate UK Business Connect, I am responsible for programmes in Transport, Infrastructure, AgriFood, Health, Digital and Creative. I also lead on innovation challenges that require a cross-disciplinary approach from IUK Business Connect teams.

I have a background in materials and manufacturing, with over 15 years of private sector experience in industrial research, manufacturing operations and business management roles; most recently within a high-growth, Queen’s Award-winning technology SME.

I hold a PhD in Materials Science and Technology.
