Overview
Women-led businesses with high-growth potential are stepping into a new era — and AI is opening powerful opportunities to scale, innovate, and lead.
The momentum is undeniable. According to the Gender Index Report 2025, female-led companies increased turnover growth from 14.8% in 2023 to 24.6% in 2024, now outpacing male-led firms. Women entrepreneurs are driving performance at unprecedented levels.
Yet high-growth success is still not evenly distributed. Only 10.6% of female-led firms are classified as fast-growth, compared with 73.6% of male-led companies. Access to funding, technical expertise, partnerships, talent, mentorship, market expansion, and visibility continues to shape how far and how fast women-led businesses can scale.
