- Early adopters of AI solutions, both SMEs and larger businesses
- Businesses and SMEs seeking to procure or build AI solutions and gain insights through stakeholder engagement
- Anyone interested in participatory AI, responsible AI, or business development in AI
Prerequisites: Ideally, you will have done some thinking and mapping of AI risk within your own business/use case, or you are familiar with risk assessment frameworks; however, this is not a hard requirement, and we will introduce you to AI risk concepts and frameworks during the course.

Structure
The program consists of three complementary components:

Available through the Turing Online Learning Platform, this self-paced course provides the foundation of stakeholder engagement in AI. Through six carefully structured modules, participants will explore the who, where, why, and how of effective stakeholder engagement throughout the AI project lifecycle. Access to the On-Demand Course will be provided through the Turing’s Online Learning Platform starting in May 2025.

This live session offers participants the opportunity to meet course instructors Dr. Ann Borda and Mishka Nemes, gain an overview of the course content, and ask questions about the learning journey ahead.

This three-hour guided session delivers hands-on experience applying the stakeholder engagement framework to real business scenarios. Whether participants have completed the online course or not, the workshop provides a collaborative environment to work through the practical application of the framework.
