This series of interactive online sessions is designed to guide participants through the process of building a successful AI team, leveraging resources provided by the BridgeAI programme. Tailored for SMEs at various stages of digital transformation, the program delivers expert insights and practical tools to facilitate effective AI adoption.

During the event, guidance will be provided on:

  • Benchmarking your company’s digital and data readiness for successful AI adoption.
  • Aligning team capabilities with AI goals using the AI Skills for Business Competency Framework.
  • Equipping AI leaders to understand the high-level skills and competencies required to enable AI adoption.
  • Accessing training resources to support continuous skill-building across AI teams.

Who should attend?

This event is open to participants from Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) based in the UK and from the BridgeAI priority sectors (Construction, Creative Industries, Transport and Agrifood/Agriculture) who are looking to build their AI team.

This may include AI leaders responsible for some or all of the following aspects:

  • Accelerating their companies’ AI adoption.
  • Internal AI and data science capability.
  • AI and data science learning and development.
