About the event
On 13th February 2023, Innovate UK launched a new SBRI call on Quantum enabled PNT. A total of £25 million is reserved for this call. This briefing event reviewed scope, terms, and application process for the call.
Who is this recording for?
The call is strictly for proposals on position, navigation, and timing (PNT) systems that use quantum technologies at their core and are alternatives to global navigation satellites solutions (GNSS). Sensing technologies that use quantum technologies are in scope only if applied within a quantum enabled PNT system. Feasibility studies are out of scope for this competition. With the call being an SBRI, contractual terms rather than grant terms will be applied. Only single applicants are allowed to submit a proposal bid, but subcontracting is allowed.
