About the event
The Alan Turing Institute and The Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD) present an essential, collaborative workshop designed to help HR professionals embed responsible AI practices and confidently navigate the challenges of AI adoption.
As AI tools become increasingly accessible across all sectors, understanding and mitigating AI risks has never been more important – especially for SMEs making strategic decisions about implementing AI in their organisations.
This 3-hour session brings HR professionals together to look at practical examples and take part in guided exercises. The session is designed to support open discussion, encourage reflective practice and help participants share ideas and experiences about AI risks and their potential impact.
